Tatingos - Protagonist - Hal
Hal is a 13 year old set in a tropical fantasy world. The character is meant to be gender ambiguous and ready for a tropical adventure. The costume design is meant to have elements of the 1950's.
In my workflow for this project I found it sped up the process to do my rough iterations in a more stylized approach to get the general idea and then build up the realism the more finalized the ideas became. Here I show the steps I took to get to the final design.
